This guarantees that what you acquire is an authentic and exclusive piece, without duplicates or variants. In our store, each original drawing comes with a certificate of authenticity that validates its uniqueness and the artist's commitment to the quality and originality of his work.

What type of paper does the artist use for his original drawings?
All original drawings made by Rodrigo Suarez are worked on premium quality paper. The weight of the paper is detailed in its description, as well as the measurements and the respective year of production.

If with your purchase you do not receive the certificate of authenticity along with the artwork, please contact our customer service through the email info@rodrigosuarez.com.ar so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.

Are Rodrigo Suarez's paintings sold through this platform?
No. This shop only shows some of Rodrigo Suarez's paintings made on canvas, but they are not available for online purchase. They can only be purchased and/or viewed by arranging a prior visit to the artist's studio.

Can I order the original drawing that I would like to purchase with its respective frame?
Unfortunately not. Although in the detail of the work, we show a mock up with a frame to visualize the drawing in some space, respecting the proportions, we do not offer framing.

What are the available payment methods?
Payment methods in Argentina are through MercadoPago and internationally with Visa, American Express, Mastercard or debit cards.

Can I use more than one payment method for a purchase?
Unfortunately it is not possible to use more than one credit/debit card for a single order.

In what currency are charges made?
The payments from Argentina are made in Argentine pesos (AR$) through MercadoPago. In the rest of the world in US dollars (USD).

Can Gift Cards be purchased for the works?
At the moment they are not available, but there will be news soon.

What are the shipping and delivery options for the works?
Shipping options vary depending on the recipient's location. During the checkout process, you will be shown the available shipping options, along with costs and estimated delivery time. Please note that deliveries are made on business days only.

Can international shipping be made?
Yes, and we are pleased to offer the option of international shipping. Please note that additional time will be required to process and ship international orders and that any additional duties and taxes associated with the purchase are the responsibility of the recipient. During the checkout process, you will be shown the international shipping options, along with costs and estimated delivery time. Please note that deliveries are made on business days only.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Once payment is confirmed, the order will take between one and two business days to be processed. Packages are sent exclusively through national or international courier services and the delivery times depend on the destination. Our premise is to offer worldwide shipments between 2-5 business days.

How can I track the status of my shipment?
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping information and the tracking number. Through the link included in that email, you can check the estimated arrival date of your package.


Can I modify or cancel an order?
Currently it is not possible to modify orders, but you can cancel it and make a new one.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact info@rodrigosuarez.com.ar within the first 24 hours after making the purchase.

What happens if my artwork arrived damaged or not in good condition?
If you receive a damaged artwork, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage and packaging. We will take care of solving the problem and offer you an appropriate solution, either a replacement with another artwork you are interested in or a refund.

Can I return or exchange an artwork?
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from receipt of your purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition as received, include the certificate of authenticity, and be in its original packaging. In addition, it is necessary to present the receipt or proof of purchase. Depending on the case, shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be charged to the buyer.
